2. When you buy
training and someone tells you to keep the
shamanic practice confidential, to use it on
others but not explain it. It is usually a way to
scam you into paying for more and more courses and
handing over more money to to that organization.

Healing drumming circle, held
on Thursdays, 4pm-5pm Central Standard
Time (CST)
please note the time change to
later in the afternoon to better accommodate
some personal time schedules, and that we
will be strict on the 1 hr session
sharing the invitation with
friends is welcomed!
Agreements:
In our weekly Drumming circle, we
do this:
1. Check in (exchange pleasant
greetings)
2. Part
1: Intention Participants share
their intention for the purposeful
intentional drumming session.
3. Part
2 Drumming: (20 minutes)
will either be a live drummer or a
recorded drumming session from the
Foundation for Shamanic Studies
a. 20 minutes
of drumming with camera and microphone
off, silent experiencing or personal "drum
along" in your own personal space
b. after the
drumming participants are invited to share
their reflection and may announce their
"word for the week ahead"
4. Part
3, Fellowship, Discussion and Coffee
talk when
participants are free to stay or leave as
they need/wish

- Our Qshamanism
Members Specialize in many Shamanic Practices, but
draw the line at Cultural Appropriation.
- Each
member is invited to have their own shamanism
practice approach
We respect diversity of indigenous
shamanic approaches.
We do not subscribe to one size fits all 'core
shamanism' (aka Harnerism) that has culturally
appropriated various Indigenous (Native) practices and
instituionalized them, commodified them, to sell back
for Big Bucks courses without historical or cultural
study.
We do not subscribe to a single shamanic teacher of
said cultural appropriation. Rather, we encourage you
to go beyond whatever 'core' training courses you may
have taken (Harnerism or elsewhere), and find your
advanced post-graduate spiritual path in your own
ancestral roots.
Instead of a cookie cutter path, try to develop an
understanding of your pre-Christian, pre-Roman
ancestry. Shamanism is quite culturally specific.
Instead of paying $10,000 to $30,000 for some program,
we have assembled many free and low-cost programs to
learn Journeying, Celtic Ways,
Nordic Ways, Jain Seer ways, Quantum Shamanic
practices, & other Resourcee. See

All are welcome here as long as the ehtic of not
engaging cultural appropriation is adherred to. If you
have found a free or low cost of Free advanced
shamanic course that is not an appropriation, please
suggest it, and we add it. to our resources page.

1. Shamans are called to their practices through
direct spiritual initiation, such as that of Mike

2. There is not a single certifying body to register
you as a shamanic practitioner.
Many institutes charge ten to
thirty thousand dollars to certify you and then
ask you to keep the appropriated cultural shamanic
practices secret, to not disclose them to clients,
friends, or relatives. We choose freely
available materials (& low cost materials),
and invite you to create your own spiritual path.
3. To become a Qshamanism practitioner we
suggest the following
a. Develop a
relationship with several power animals - Journeying
b. Develop a relationship with one or more
spirit ancestors, angels, guides Journeying
c. Learn
about the Quantum World
d. Become a Hollow Bone
e. Research your ancestral roots (e.g. Celtic, Nordic, and
so on.
